myESP is the mobile application of ESP, which is used by Genesis’ network of trained and certified field engineers across North America. This mobile application, through its array of features, supports Genesis’ field engineers to deploy thousands of installations and repairs each day, including wiring and installation of customer premise equipment for commercial and residential voice, data, video, security, and automation solutions as well as point-of-sale (POS) equipment, digital signage, and commonly used network devices. By leveraging process automation, and intelligently connecting with ESP, this mobile application facilitates improvement in the field engineer experience, and enhancement of overall solution delivery. With this application, Genesis field engineers will be able to access their service requests on their mobile devices, integrate schedules into their calendar, and submit site deliverables, apart from requesting a call-back from Genesis’ Technical Access Center.
Trouble with makeing a account
I’m a temp service man from FieldNation I had issues with makeing a account with this buisness for a work order threw FieldNation so I am gonna have to remove the work order

Just a terrible app. Probably the worst user experience I’ve ever had with any piece of software.

Many people rely on this app to get paid. It works sometimes. We depend on this app to get paid. The app is not dependable. It is putrid, disgusting garbage. Too bad that the lowest rating is 1 star

If you’ve been requested to download this app for your job scope, just decline what ever job you accepted and go find another company to do buisness with. Trust me. Not worth the headache.
Poorly made app.
Too many long standing issues with the app. Also Password reset requirements; to be changed many times a year. That is completely unnecessary. The app is so basic with very little tools, details or resources available.
Milestone
The milestone addition to the app was a very poor addition. Who ever designed this has no idea what it’s like being in the field trying to work and having to use the milestone to work a ticket. Bad addition to app.

I have been contracting with them off and on for 2 or 3 years and never had that pay problem but once on a go back for someone else that I could have gof taken care of if I had wanted to. They pay fast and it does take usually more time on chat or phone than what it should, and is aggrivateing sometimes, but overall why gripe about the time? They pay you for all your time even paperwork time. If your older and patient its easy work most of the time.
