Not working
I try to enter my information and constant message telling me we don’t find you.
Non working app
This app does not work. It’s a shame that an health insurance company will risk the health of the member. Calling on the phone is not better at all with the long wait time.
Does not allow you to log in
I have been trying to use the Ap for weeks now and every time I put in my correct username and password (that works to log in on Safari) it says I have too many attempted sign ins and instructions will be sent to my email. Well I never received anything on how to fix the issue. This Ap is a waste of time. Just use your desktop.

App works fine for me but it seems to be identical to the mobile website.

I would choose a negative star if I have the option. Spent more than 20 minutes registering, sent password, registered again, reset password. Tried 3 times. But it kept going circles. It’s a totally waste of time.

Terrible app, terrible insurance company
App DOESN’T WORK
I put in all of my information, and all I see on my screen is a video showing me how to navigate the app. The video ends, and it stays on the screen. I don’t have access to my account or any of the app features. This needs to be fixed.
