The My311™ app for iPhone is a gateway to your town’s non-emergency requests management system. My311 allows you to report and track issues that you notice, or make requests of the municipality. The app may also provide convenient access to your town’s Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram feed for up to the minute reports. My311 is only available to communities that use Tyler 311, and have chosen to allow this app. If your community is not listed, ask your town if they use Tyler 311, and if so, to have their community listed as a participant within the app. My311 was previously Click2Report.
Not functioning
Download the app, go through the introduction then you can pic your city and you can’t access the app. Useless waste of time.

Cannot get past the tutorial. Don’t even bother to download this APP!

Crashes before you can even get started. Judging by the other reviews, this app is trash. No updates in more than a year and no responses from the developers. Do not recommend.

This app closes out before you can register.
My311
I went through this app 5 times. Each time it lets you click on each screen to answer the question. When the last screen asks for the city it closes without letting you type in the city. So frustrating.
Won’t load.
Goes thru the welcome screens (that you cannot skip) then crashes. Just use your city’s web 311 portal and bookmark that in your browser instead. If it’s not fixed in a week I’ll be deleting this app.
