Unhappy with App and Vodacom
It seems like they fix one thing, and break two other things in the process. I used to have problems getting the 2-SA Code before finally getting in, now I can’t even log in anymore because the 2-SA Code no longer gets sent to my phone number. Additionally, there’s no unlimited data package, but if you get home internet, you can get unlimited wifi with them. It doesn’t make any sense. Lastly, it is a hassle for me to get in contact with them since I can’t login to the app, and have to make a phone call.
Why don’t VodaCom get it that the world is now digital and offer UNLIMITED DATA?
Though I enjoy the better services on Vodacom, I use a lot of data for my needs. But you don’t give us Africans UNLIMITED DATA. Vodacom, the world has changed to digital and Vodacom is still limiting data usage which is very frustrating to be spending on data. You have reduced the data vs the price we pay, not good. The Monthly data is lasting just more than a week since we are doing everything online these days. Please do something soon or else I’ll be switching to my previous mobile carrier that can supply our needs.

This is ridiculous. I paid 50000 up front to be able to buy a new bundle but vodacom won’t let me. App is worthless.

The app continues to get worse. With the second step auth now it is even less likely to accomplish what you’re trying to do. Awful. Still don’t know when my package expires, I don’t know if I have cash in my wallet, etc. just awful
