Poor transition from old to new app
After moving to the new app. Previous Giro arrangements were not carried over. As such, home broadband were terminated and disrupted causing lots of inconvenience.
Very bad M1 + App - Does not work when touch screen
This M1 + App is very unstable and it’s so frustrating to use it as the touch screen does not work when we tried to select some functions on the screen such as my home tel no. to add caller ID services!!
Automatic payments did not go through
I found a reminder that my bills were unpaid even though I had already set up a credit card default for it. Previously the m1 customer service staff also assured me that my settings were correct and the payment would be processed automatically. Instead, I found the unpaid bill reminders and had to manually click the payment button to pay the outstanding bill. Please fix this issue, thanks.
Credit and debit card payments don’t work
M1 doesn’t actually fix it, they just write a developer response lying and saying there is no problem. Same thing every time. They also broke payments on the website. Worst cell company in the world.
Terrible App
This new app seems to make payment so difficult, it appears to be almost on purpose, so as to drive late payment and re-line install payments revenue line items. if I had it to do over again, I would definitely go with Singel or Star hub.
Worthless app - online payments broken
You can no longer pay with debit or credit card in any M1 app not through the website. They’ve totally broken Amex and Visa payments. Worst cell provider in the world.
