Not on to leave negative reviews. I think jesspisto said it all SO WELL. MINDBODY profits are not being reinvested into the clients. I have been with them 13 years. Too hard to leave once you are in. And no voice as a client anymore.

Believe these reviews before the sales rep tries to lure you in, Im paying $500 a month with mindbody adding this marketing suite software and the app does not work. Like at all.
Mindbody is Terrible
After transitioning from Zen Planner to MINDBODY, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, to the point of complete dissatisfaction. Despite the plethora of features boasted by MINDBODY, the platform paradoxically complicates even the most basic tasks, turning routine operations into frustrating challenges. This counterintuitive complexity has been a significant source of disappointment. Compounding the issue, the customer service provided by MINDBODY has been profoundly lacking, falling far short of the supportive and responsive assistance one would expect from a company of its stature. This aspect alone has significantly tarnished my overall perception of the software. Regrettably, my decision to switch to MINDBODY ranks among the poorest I’ve made in a professional context. Despite my grievances, circumstances dictate that I continue using their services for the remainder of the year. However, it’s a decision I look back on with regret. Looking forward, I can only hope that MINDBODY addresses these glaring deficiencies. The competitive landscape in this sector is unforgiving, and should competitors capitalize on these shortcomings, it could spell trouble for MINDBODY’s financial outcomes by the end of 2024. It’s imperative for the company to undertake substantial improvements to remain viable in this fiercely competitive market.

App no longer works
It was working decently but now it just stopped working. Not worth the monthly fee I pay. I’ll be moving my entire account to square.
Don’t plan on using the app
Messenger Ai is great for what it is intended to do. It has it’s flaws FOR SURE, but as a whole functions as it should and is worth the price for the phone integration here alone. The app, however, crashes more time than it stays open with trying to use it. Don’t, DO NOT plan on trying to use the app for your team as it’s only reliable when used in a browser.
