The MAXIMUS New Hire Reporting mobile app is designed to streamline and simplify the reporting process for employers. The app offers two convenient methods for reporting: 1. Snap a photo of the appropriate documentation and upload it with the tap of a button 2. Or enter information about newly hired and re-hired employees directly into the app Either way you choose to report, the MAXIMUS New Hire Reporting mobile app makes it easy to comply with federal and state requirements. This app is available for new hire reporting in the following states: • Michigan • New Mexico • Wyoming More states may be added in the near future. If you don’t see your state now, be sure to check back. Your state new hire office will also let you know when the app is available in your area.
Not Working
I just downloaded and can’t register. It will not let me enter Reporting State.
Cannot choose New Hire State
The app will not allow a user to choose the New Hire State just before entering a password, during the registration process.
Stopped working
Used to work well. Last week it stopped. I reinstalled the app and now it won’t let me choose a State.
Maximus app
I couldn’t register because it said enter my FIEN and I do but says it’s wrong.
Doesn’t work!
So the field where it says “New Hire State*” is disabled so that when attempting to enter company info to create an account, I get an error code telling me to complete that field. Except: when I touch the field to select my state, nothing happens. The other “State” field worked fine, but without this info, I cannot make a profile, and can’t use the app. Can you just have your crappy app work right? I also tried just entering my profile info into the home screen to log on but I got another error code, and there is no place for me to attach screen shots so you’ll just have to take my word for it... 🙄🙄🙄 furthermore, when I go back to the App Store and click “App Support” or “App Developer” “Contact Us”, I stead of opening a dialog page it’s just a link to your regular website about “Careers with Maximus, etc.” and the only way to communicate for “App Support” is to write a review. That’s why I gave you only 1 star ⭐️. Fix this please. 👎🏻👎🏻
