They over charged my business for over a year. I cancelled there service and went with someone else and am glad I did. Avoid at all costs. Glad they over charged me. They saved me thousands of dollars not using them.

high spam volume caller ids, all dont go vm or show up as spam, inbound call doesnt ring instead goes straigh to vm, call support doesnt know whats wrong, message undelivered everything is wrong with this app and the worst provider

-NOT RECEIVING TEXT- Not able to receive text messages as they were sent. Usually takes several attempts before the app acknowledge one being received! -MISSING CALL LOG- App doesn’t always show the calls that come in. I received a call today and it only shows details from yesterday. App was running in the background the entire time! -NO CONTACT SYNCING VIA NETWORK- MagicJack Business desk-phone does NOT show any contacts. There’s no syncing whatsoever between the MJ Business desk-phone and MJ Business app.

I have used magic jack since they started and have several numbers and phones. I cancelled 2 lines 19 months ago and they continue to charge me. In fact I cancelled the whole service recently and they continue to charge me still. Avoid this company they don’t care about how they treat their customers. They have lost this customer and our business will be around for years to come and would of made them money. But in he long run they saved me money. So thus the 5 stars. Avoid this company.
