The app is great, one feature if you guys would fix I think would help. Booking count is always wrong, the booking button should also be clickable to take you strait to the new booking so you can look at pricing and dates booked. Thank You
Very disappointed
We have 4 rental units and thought this app would help to manage our bookings. Unfortunately, the phone app was not user friendly and that is what we use the most with other booking apps. When we tried to tell customer service that it was not working for our needs, they were not helpful and would not let us out of the contract. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS until you know exactly what you need from this app and whether it will suit your needs

I was hoping for a better functioning tool and it has arrived! I have been using the old version all the time despite it’s old clumsiness. The new tool is great! I love the new futures - I can manage availability, create or edit reservations and room closures, and answer guest queries from phone, able to see all bookings in updated calendar, can change dates or rooms, update payment status, and process deposit. I am with the company for 7 years and they keep delivering on their promise. And they always listen to enduser’s feedbacks!
The app was great pre version 22
They changed the app to look exactly like the website. Which is not good on the phone. Previously I could glance at 4 tiles that showed check ins, check outs , closed rooms, etc at a glance. Now it’s back to counting manually… serious downgrade with this version.
Okay but needs more features
Most importantly they need to add where you can cancel the reservation. Often times a cancellation takes place, but you cannot make a new reservation until the old one has been deleted. You have to be at a computer to do that. Making changes is very difficult too. Checkin and out and payments work fine.
The latest version contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
