I’ve used so many sales, accounting, performance and monitoring apps over the years. This one might just be the worst. It seems like they just made a shell and tried to save money by having web pages serve within the app. Sadly, most of the pages don’t format correctly which makes the app very cumbersome to navigate. Just make a stand-alone app for X clients. One star because at least it exists.

Had issues initially when logging in though that seems to be fixed now. The app itself seems to be mostly just a browser view of lightspeed x series same as you would get logging in with chrome or safari. The main feature I was looking at was the widgets. My hope as a store manager was to be able to show my outlet's revenue in the widget. I seems I can only have it show data for the entire company over different periods. This is quite less useful data than I was hoping to have it show. The widgets look very nice. I definitely think it could be great with some tweaks.

When I try to log in with my store name it says unable to connect to network. Seems like a useful App if it is fixed, but not if you can't log in.

This app does not work period. I cannot get to sales management or get to the menu bar. All it does is show the chart for the sales. I cannot access customer contact info when I am not in the office or access tickets. It is pointless to have the app because it DOES NOR WORK! I’ve tried to close out the application numerous times. Nothing. Very frustrating!

I try to use this app but regularly resort to logging into the main site from my phone to monitor sales at my business while I’m out in meetings. It would be very helpful if this app would automatically refresh the data. It’s a bit of a pain to get fresh data to show. It would also be very nice if I could choose which info is shown on the Home Screen.
