Good App With One Major Issue
This app is very useful, and I enjoy being able to check my store’s queue from my phone. However, I never really use it because the login system is awful. While the app supports Face ID and displays the Face ID screen when opening it, it always makes me enter my Best Buy login credentials regardless of whether I authenticated with Face ID or not. This is a huge annoyance, as it ends up taking much longer to login on my phone vs just checking the queue at the nearest computer in my store. It would be great if the developers could fix this so I could just enter my login credentials once and then use Face ID for every future login, like how every other app on my phone operates. Thanks for reading, and I hope the login system is improved in a future update!
