It asks me to rate it so often it gets in the way.
So unhappy after 8 months.
After using this system and growing our brand new business in the past 8 months I can honestly say it is the worst system I have operating between my 7 locations I am involved with. It started off ok, although challenging and difficult. But after getting though the kinks it was almost ok because their tech support team could help a lot based out of Albuquerque New Mexico. That was until they subbed out their tech support late Jan 2020 to India. Now it’s a disaster. Over 100 hours for the month of January and Feb 2020 spent online fixing stuff, sitting on hold, and dealing with issues and still to today feb 24th zero supervisor call backs after 9 calls and requests for one. Thousands of dollars in gift cards sold, only to have hundreds lost in sales so far that don’t work and aren’t available after the sales are made by the customers. The past 6 weeks I Personally have over 50 hours logged online on hold and on the computer trying to make stuff work that is failing. Explain to me how another restaurants menu has made its way into my force modifiers options , my optional modifiers menu, and modifier groups that I never created. I am a craft beer and craft burger location. All of a sudden I have a Mexican menu inserted into my options causing my staff nothing about problems. Their answer is I must’ve given my passWord out. This makes zero sense to me. Really ? That’s your answer to a customer ? I have over $600 in open sales involving gift cards right now for the 30 days that every day remain open on the system causing us each day to show short money vs sales. Each day it shows up as part of sales. But not part of money taken in. Their answer ? Stop using gift cards. I paid $300 to buy custom gift cards. I pay $25 per month have the option to use gift cards monthly. I have thousands in open gift cards sold. And your answer is to stop using gift cards cause no one can figure out what’s going on and why they won’t close ? These are just a few recent issues I have. Also. FYI. After They decide to update their operation version and 8 months later you’re having all these issues they now tell you that 5 of Your 15 units are not compatible equipment because Apple doesn’t upgrade to the level of software lavus updates requires with all their new bug fixes. Stay far away from the system. They even removed the review section from their Facebook page so People can’t complain.
Worst customer service ever.
The system itself, it okay. Not great but okay. If you need customer service or have billing questions, forget it. You will not get a return call from billing and you “might” get a return call from customer service the next day. Your issue may or may not be resolved. If it’s an easy fix, you’re good. If it’s anything in-depth, don’t expect any follow up or resolve.
DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A RESTAURANT
Terrible service, can’t keep up with all the technical issues and glitches... won’t take anything off your bill if you lose business due to their mishaps (which happens as often as once a week)
