Can’t login
Useless app now, keep getting Login Error on my IPhone and I can’t login. I tried using WiFi and phone signal and neither worked, useless
Unable to log into the app
Ever since the new update occurred a few months ago, in addition of swapping division accounts (from Dry-Van to Refrigerated HAZMAT), and been assigned a new driver code assigned with and by the refrigerated division account manager. Since trying to log into the Knight Transportation Mobile App via iPhone, it keeps on giving me this newly weird error saying: “There was a problem signing in. Check that you have a strong cell signal or are connected to a Wi-Fi network, then try again.” I was able to get connected via my ZONAR tablet inside my tractor, but not for my iPhone for some unknown reason. Called my driver manager & HAZMAT account manager about it, and at first, the company’s MobileComm team did their best of fixing the issue(s). As I mentioned earlier, was able to log in on the ZONAR tablet, but not my iPhone. I’ve even updated both the iPhone and app, but to no avail ‘till this day. All I ask for the behalf of not only myself, but to others who are also having this similar issue as I have, is that it needs of being able to fix this login issue that heavily involves with just a very strong Wi-Fi connection or cellphone signal. Terrible
Unbelievably difficult to use. Looks very outdated. No thought or organization was put into this app. Just plain ugly.
Bugs or just broken
Colors on the loads don’t change anymore to reflect their status. Some macros don’t do what they should & most times load info doesn’t show up. Fix the dam app!!
KT APP IMPROVEMENTS
The KT App needs some improvements such as the following. When I am driving I cannot adjust the GPS map to see upcoming exits and or hazards like sharp turns. It’s literally useless as a guide to the point where truckers do not even use it. We use our own GPS. Also, when our DM’s send us messages we are not able to read them due to us driving. It’s not what Knight wants but at call us instead of sending a message when we are not able to receive them. There are times when we send macros in such as ARIVED AT SHIPPER, or EMPTY CALL for example. But the macros do not send. We then have to send the macros several times in order for it to send to our DM’s. When we log onto the DRIVER PORTAL it does not always open up properly. We have to close out the app entirely and re open it several times for us to be able to access the portal among the other functions as well. When we open up the KT app, it uploads then once we attempt to press on any function such as MESSAGES the entire app screen shifts up.
