Best program streamlined for small business
This program is excellent. It offers everything a small business owner would want. It also offers Payments with Instant Pay after 10 successful transactions collecting debit/credit cards. Also hes messaging for you clients with client portals to keep them up to speed on the progress of the job. I just signed up for fleet vehicle tracking which will come in handy. I totally recommend this product.
Housecall Pro…bably dealing with an issue.
We’ve had HCP for two years and are looking at making the switch. Constant issues with lagging, features not working, and any time they make an update it causes bugs + new features you’ve been begging for are stuck behind a payment upgrade option. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m in a FB group for HCP and that’s probably the number one gripe is their customer service or lack thereof.
Don’t use Voice from Housecall PRO
I decided to switch our phone system to Housecall PRO since it seems easier to reach our customers. For 2 months it worked perfectly and one day it just stopped accepting incoming calls. Tech support can’t help, they see the issue but don’t know how to fix it and always refer me to different departments. It’s been 4 days already, we’re loosing thousands of dollars because it was our main business line. If I knew I might happen - I would use another voice provider. It feels like the feature is still in beta test so I recommend you to wait before switching to them

No refunds after 24 hours
I want everyone to understand that when you use this application, they are going to offer you free trials. Make sure that you understand that when they take your money after the free trial. You cannot get it back unless you requested in 24 hours. Or they will not give you your funds back. And for a small businesses that are very much so struggling and trying to find different avenues to grow our businesses. There are applications in companies that are always trying to take the things that you need to survive mainly your money. I I never got the chance to use the application because I lost contracts. My account was overdrafted. Bye House call pro. When I ask for my money back, they said it was too late. So are you small businesses surviving trying to make ends meet. I recommend you look at the fine print. Some things aren’t worth it. And then this case it wasn’t.
Payroll
The payroll side of house call pro is pretty terrible the supposedly pay within 24 hours with the purchase of the correct plan but they don’t this is the 3rd week in a row my employees had to wait to get paid. I am completely unsatisfied with this service.

I can’t get the call system to work that just got ported today.. it’s all messed up and I was told 2 days till I can get help
