As others have said, this app is useless. I deleted it.
Pathetic
Terrible App. Invitation to use sent by “no reply”. Would not work for me. It did not recognize my agent. My CB agent has never heard of it.
Useless and slow
Doesn’t do much of anything so it’s useless in the home buying process. Every click results in time wasted watching it spin. 3 seconds just to mark one of their checklist items complete. Really? Literally no help at all.
Waste of time.
Already doing all these item direct with agent via email and text. Don’t need to waste time again.
Doesn’t work
I tried downloading and logging in. At the create password step, it just keeps telling me there is an error on their end and to try again. I’ve tried many times but keep getting the same error.
Not really useful for anything. Why do we need this?
1. No iPad / tablet version - so you’ll see a tiny cell-phone size window on your pretty 13” iPad Pro. 2. The app is surprisingly slow loading data. Maybe that is just the first time - but frankly, I doubt I will open this a second time. 3. There is very little functionality. Supposedly you can read contract documents here - but why would anyone chose this UI to do that instead of reading docs full-screen via email / PDF? I installed the app to see the schedule for my home showings. Because you get nothing from Coldwell Banker. Just a phone call. You done know which agent will come or once again, be a no-show. And if no one shows up at your house, you have not chance to check if maybe you got the wrong time and they will stand at your door tomorrow at the same time? But no schedule in this app. Really, what is this supposed to be good for? I cant see any use for me. 2 stars. The first is mandatory here. Probably a ‘participation trophy’? The second is for the little color picture of my home. Sadly, that’s about the best I can say about this app.
Dear mr. Developer
I hope the team that has developed has tested it well because the the entire process of registration is so frustrating that I am not going to use the app. Some of the field in the restoration does not work.
