HiRa HR & Market Place is one of the extra features provided by Bank OCBC NISP to business customers. HiRa HR provide Human Resource Information System (HRIS) application including: employee administration, attendance, overtime, leave, claims, loans and payroll. HiRa Market Place platform enables you to advertise your product or services.

Display simple and informative report to see summary of total number of employment, absence, claims and loans.

Manage employee data which includes organizations, Employee Data and Employee Agreements

-	Attendance
Record employee attendance, manage shift, manage public holiday

Manage company event and view company event

-	 News
Manage and share news to all employee in your company

-	Overtime Management 
Request, approve, reject, view overtime history and calculate employee overtime.

-	Leave Management
Manage employee leave, request, approve, reject, view history, expired and leave entitlement

Manage employee claims, request, approval, rejection and payment.

Manage loans employee, request, approval, rejection and view loan history.
