Good, could be better
It's a nice convenience to be able to enter time without firing up the website. But please add the ability to submit timesheets for approval as well, otherwise we need to go to the website for this anyway. Thanks!

This App used to be rock solid. Now I have to enter timers twice to get them to show and then it will show a duplicate which I have to delete! Also it is somehow quitting itself/not showing in menu bar.

The latest release (2.3.1) crashes every time my MacBook wakes from sleep...which throughout the day is many times. Support has stated that their their devs know about it and that they are going to "take a close look at it in the coming days/weeks to investigate further." So. I pay for this app. It's critical to my business. I don't have the time or patience to wait while the people at Harvest address this problem at their own convenience. Either rollback your code or fix this immediately.

The new companion iOS app doesn't work and is missing features that were in the old app. Unlike the app it replaced a few days ago, the new one does not sync properly with the desktop app. Timers running in one are either missing or show as idle in the other. Tech support so far says I should "hope for a fix in a future update". Do yoruself a favor spend your money elsewhere; at least until they fix this.

The latest update (2.3.1) is so buggy. Lots of crashes, clicking on the pause button doesn't pause timers, timers disappearing once I've added them, the list goes on.

Locks you into their definitions of tasks. If only real life were so ridged. I deleted the app when I could not create my own task names.
