Frequency?
This app is great but it doesn’t clearly explain the frequency required of each survey. Nor does it tell a rep what surveys are still outstanding or incomplete. If one is monthly and one is quarterly, there’s no way for a rep to know which is which or which one has been completed and which is still incomplete.

Locks up. Hard to install. Doesn’t work when needed

Geo locations are incorrect for one. For two the app is slow as heck. Also half of my surveys taken won’t acknowledge that I submitted the survey
Time stamp accuracy is horrible
The app itself is a great concept, but now that I just found out that the pictures on every item are the exact same time that you submit a mission is horrible. There is no way to validate your own story of when you did something when they all have the exact same time but in reality, you took them at different times during the shift. If you arrive at a store at 6:15 take a picture at 7:16 end the mission at 9:20, the history tab should have each time stamp, according to each picture. Currently, they always show 9:20, which is very bad and stupid to cover your own tracks. Please fix that soon. In the next update.
Trouble with app
Twice I’ve had trouble with the app. Going to the same location, we had trouble getting the shop to appear, so I could do it. The MSP was never able after many tries to get it to come up on my app. I had to use the guidelines & take pictures to send to them for report insertion. Very stressful, as it was after a 1-1/2 hr. drive one way & then the not being sure I was able to accomplish the shop - BOTH TIMES. A 3 hr. trip just in driving with a gas guzzler that could’ve been wasted.
Good app
Great easy to use app, interface is user friendly & everything you do need to find related to your account is easily accessible..the only feedback id like to add is to please try to include an update that optimizes battery usage when using the app..i use a huge chunk battery life within two-three accounts because of this app..if yall could fix that it’d be great.
