Misleading, disappointing
I hoped this app would make it easier for me to schedule service. However, the point of the app is obviously not to make it easy to schedule the service you actually want or need, but to trick you into overpaying for items you don’t need (do I really need Honda to replace my cabin air filter every single time I need an oil change)? Not one of the service options is just an oil change. It is impossible to select “oil change” from the service menu. Instead, the app forces you to select Service Package A , which includes things I rarely need, Service Package B, which includes things I need even more rarely, or “a la carte” options that do not include the most basic and routine service every single vehicle needs, an oil change. What is the point of the app? I do not know, but I do know it is not service.
