Please fix the scrolling
The date and time scroll wheel while scheduling a blocked time is still very glitchy and slow to use. Please just let me type in what times I prefer.
App stopped working
I’ve been using the Fresha app for years and suddenly this week it just stopped working all my clients and appointments are just inaccessible and no one has gotten back to me about it.
PLEASE STOP
Fresha is one of the best booking softwares out there, we are happy 99% of the time but we are all BEGGING you to STOP WITH THE UPDATES! The last update has been the worst experience. How many times do i have to click to simply check someone out? Not to mention booking someone is such a pain- half the time the client doesn’t pop up, i have to reclick to hit the request button like nothing is streamlined or easier. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go back to before this last update, everyone who uses this app would much appreciate it.
Stop making updates
STOP MAKING USELESS UPDATES! AND CHANGE THE CALENDAR UPDATE BACK TO THE WAYBIT WAS- USER FRIENDLY!

I genuinely wish I didn’t have update this app every week. Every time my coworkers and I learn how to work the update it’s updated again.

The customer service email said it was a decoration, but no one ever responded.
App super buggy
80% of the time payment would fail and they wouldn’t let you void or refund, ridiculous! Tap to pay works then stops then works then stops, this is really annoying. Just switch to a different company, avoid them
