At least offer a free trial if you’re going to be missing a basic doc import feature. Terrible app

I’ve used FormConnect for over 2 years. No out of nowhere my app is crashing and I can’t open it. Please fix this so I give higher star rating.
United StatesPurchasing this will not help your standard version forms
Just decided to purchase the Pro version with the anticipation that all my forms and data from the standard version would appear on the Pro. They did not. You can import all of them but you cannot edit your original form. The only reason I purchased it was to add features that were not available on the standard. You can only view and add data. Huge waste of money. I am not going to start all over with my forms. Can’t seem to get a refund either. If you really want the Pro and you have existing forms in the standard version, then maybe Pro+ with its annual subscription will work.

I was able to build several simple forms within the first hour. Forms can be locked and automatically emailed- never lose critical info!

The app is having issues on the iPad and iPhone. Numerous crashes. When signing you can no longer see the eraser button or one button which has always showed up in the past. When sending notes (even after locking signature) the signature will disappear.

I’ve been looking for an offline form app, and this works wonderfully. After creating multiple records offline, I can export as individual PDFs, or run some numbers in excel. I had a few minor questions, and the developer was quick to respond and assist.

The worst app I have ever had the misfortune of downloading. Developer blames Apple and Apple blames the developer. Either way we all lose. I can’t believe my company would even consider this a viable product. HOT GARBAGE. Don’t waste your time

• Added the ability to change the font size of the Signature field. • Choose from various ink colors for the signature field. • Allowed the decimal point to be extended beyond two when performing a calculation. • Optimized the process for loading a large number of forms. • Fixed an issue where the app's toolbar icons were overlapping with the dynamic island status bar that displays on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro models. • Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from exporting forms to the Box cloud service. • Fixed an issue where some of the form settings on the home screen were not displaying.
