Worthless
Absolutely useless app. Worked okay on Android complete fail on IOS 14. FreshBooks doubled their pricing last year and now it’s worse than ever. The new version is too slow and doesn’t have as good of project tracking. This classic app shouldn’t even exist in the store. Can’t use any feature without it crashing in 30 seconds.
United StatesGreat app, just needs minor fine tuning
I love the app and I love FB. I just have one minor complaint. When you tap “add line” on an invoice you can only scroll through the entire list, there’s no alphabet down the side for quick scrolling. This may not seem like a big deal, but I have A LOT of line options so creating an invoice easily becomes very tedious and time consuming for me.

Unfortunately the updated version won’t function when cell and WiFi aren’t available. I used an older version for three years with no issues. I recently updated my phone and installed a new version of FreshBooks. The new version has zero functionality when my phone is off line. This is a major problem.

It simply won’t open. I’m on the latest iOS, and I assume I have the latest update of this app, but it just will not launch.

Long time FreshBooks user. This app has always had issues since the first time I used it. It didn’t record work time, it froze, it crashed, and accessing invoices always caused problems. Now it will never let me login. Forcing customers to upgrade to the “new” FreshBooks that doesn’t support basic payment gateways is just a money grab for transaction fees and the new version lacks other features. Time to move on!

With this new update the app has gone down the tubes, every time I go in and out of the app it continually crashes while I’m tracking time. I hope this get fixed ASAP.
