Waste of $
I am very disappointed. The price for this app is already ridiculous, however I thought it would be useful to me. I was in the hospital with Covid and hoped that all of my work information would be received via fax/email with this app. I gave everyone the fax number. I wondered why I didn’t have anything. 5 different people attempted to fax and it would not go through. I had no idea until I returned to the office. I have their confirmation from other fax machines that it would not send, so again, I feel scammed!

I signed up for the free trail and one year membership and it won’t let me view my faxes!!! Absolutely terrible. It’s a scam

They offer weekly and annual option. But it automatically renews after the subscription for the annual option at $169.99. And when you ask for support, no response. I am now out $180 with sales tax for an app I don’t need because they renew annually.
