Once the work order is complete, managers will be notified to dispatch the next work order.
Been forced to use this TERRIBLE APP
My company started requiring us to use this app a couple months ago. Ever scene then I have gotten emails about missing photos, what things are not turned in on time and a few other concerns. I routinely and asked to upload 50 100 or even 150 photos for jobs. First of all this Apple Pay allows me to send five at a time, but the worst part is that it doesn’t always except all five. Sometimes as I’m sending five only uploads two or three, and after doing this for hours to get to the hundred or so photos I need to send, I don’t recognize a few photos that it missed. If you were in business and think about using this app, remember this you will get missed photos, it will likely take you 5 to 8 minutes to upload each of the five photo blocks. Will it has to pull data from the server you can routinely take between one and four minutes.
Not good
App freezes, some features don’t work at all. Very frustrating. It’s graphics are like playing pong! So slow. Why can’t they make a good software management program that is fluid and easy to use?
Needs update!
The app would be great if it would load and isn’t have wombat problems with the work orders either disappearing or just not showing up at all. Please update this app as it feels like it’s running on an engine that is 10 years too old and outdated.
