eHub by TEAM Software eHub Mobile is an employee and customer self-service app for the building service and security industries. eHub Mobile gives you instant access to critical information you need on site, any time. From schedules, work tickets and timekeeping for employees to job site and billing information for customers, eHub Mobile puts workforce and customer management tools right in your pocket. This app is available for employees/supervisors and customers of TEAM Software clients who have licensed eHub. Permission to access any of the employee self-service features listed below is granted by your employer. Access to customer self-service features is determined by your eHub contractor. Employee Self-Service features: • Manage jobs: See job information and location; access, sign and complete work tickets; submit and review work requests; complete surveys and inspections and sign off; view customer invoices and requests; monitor job budgets and profitability; see time and attendance information in real-time; find schedule replacements; create billable work tickets on the fly. • Manage people: View and modify schedules and timekeeping information; review compliance information; leverage targeted communication tools. • Manage personal information: View pay stubs, W-2s, hourly benefit balances (PTO/sick); update contact information; clock in and out of jobs. Customer Self-Service features: • View electronic invoices, job information, time and attendance information, schedules, scheduled job site work and targeted communication items. • Request additional work, coverage or other items and see up-to-date request statuses. • Perform inspections or complete surveys and see results and deficiency status. • Sign off on inspections and work tickets.
E HUB
Works good can be a bit glitchy and when I try to use my sign all the time at work to keep track of my records it always logs me out sometimes and have to restart my log in all over again when it has my face recognition from my phone to log in.

Area Manager
The app jams up too easily. Our workers depend on the app to clock in and out from work. Sometimes the only way to get it unjammed is to delete it from the phone, download it again and re-register. This process becomes unsustainable when many workers experience problems with the app across several accounts, and need my help getting back on, which happens too often. Also, it should allow the same user to continue using their old password whenever the app gets jammed and needs reset. The requirement of having to enter a new password every time there’s a hiccup with the system is an inconvenience.

NEED FOR WORK BUT IT BOOTS ME OUT
I was asked to download this app because I work for KleenMark and I cant get past first screen. It boots me out every time. So I'm just sticking with the website. APP IS USELESS. NO STARS GIVEN but I have do 1 just to post this. Smh
Tracking
It has a gps in it that will track you on and off the clock. An many other things. Work somewhere else that don’t force you to use your personal phone and data to work.
“Shift Available” alerts lead to nothing
Almost always after I get an alert saying a shift is available I check in eHub seconds later to check the post location (as I work 4 different accounts for this company) and no information is showing in the “shift available” section… very rarely does the shift show up, even after hitting refresh… the eHub app is running on my phone with the latest update… the app has been like this for years- unacceptable.
