Review
Ease is an excellent tool for ensuring Layered Process Audits are performed and the documentation of the audit, findings, and countermeasures to ensure continuous improvement.
Email notifications
Audit program managers cannot receive notification of missed audits.
Super easy to use
Works as it should. Simple to go offline and perform audits or manage non conformances. Highly recommend for all mfg and service audits.
Can’t open app
The app is stuck in the loading screen before I get to the login
Broken
Can’t do audits on app. The “start Audit” button never shows up. Always have to do it on the safari browser on phone instead. Been this way since June 2021 when I downloaded this app.
Terrible quirky app
Does nothing but lock up
Lots of issues
Not a very smooth running app. Latest issue is that when audits are complete, it will not complete them. It just continues with the “in progress” cycle. Never uploads the completed audit.
- When you attempt to start an assessment that was missed, you will now see a message stating that the missed assessment can’t be started instead of “Event not accessible.” - Email notifications for closed findings contained the wrong link for accounts with SSO enabled. - Certain eligible users were not appearing as selectable options for the Alt Responsible Party dropdown.
