Good in theory failed I’m executing. App doesn’t rotate, small screen size, not usable in an employee review environment. Has great potential though.

The app for iPad needs to be sized to fit the screen. It shows up only as mobile phone sized on the screen marking it difficult to complete the narratives. Otherwise, handy for reference only. Big miss, fix it and gets a 5 Star for convenience.
