Worked great
Is there a list of other locations that use this App? We had a great experience with it at Notre Dame. So glad we just recently went.
Best way to see Bell Tower at Notre Dame
I used the app as soon as we arrived at the cathedral on a busy Saturday. By the time we finished touring the inside of the church we were able to go right up into the bell tower.
Definitely recommend
1. The app said the next entry was 1.5 hours. I believe you HAVE to use this app to go to the top. 2. I selected that time and the app told me I’d be notified. 3. We showed up 20 minutes before our time. There was a big line in the south tower. This was just to go inside the church - which is free. 4. There was no indication where to go, but the security guard at the exit told me to go around to the side (north side) and there was a little line of about 10 people there. 5. We got in line and a lady said we had to wait until next round (since 20 mins early), but then a guy said we could go anyway. 6. We climbed up the stairs to a gift shop. We bought our tickets there. 7. Then you show your ticket to a lady near the entrance to the gift shop and you return to the same stairs and keep going up. It was easy peasy (I wish the climb had been as easy as the app). We came in April.
Worked great
Got “in line” at 8am for a 1pm entry to the towers of Norte Dame. Got in fine - great app
Great app
Worked like a charm for the Notre Dame visit. After being told no tickets remained, we used the app and it found us a spot after twenty minutes.
Worked perfectly for Notre Dame
Used this today (September 2018) and it worked exactly liked it said it would. At 7:30 am I requested an 11:00 time. Went to the line around the corner from the left bell tower (if facing Notre Dame). There is a roped off line. You show this to the attendant and they allow you into the sectioned off line. This app will help you avoid using the kiosk and missing out on a desired time. We waited about 5 minutes once we got into the cordoned off area. The usher was very polite and the QR code worked perfectly. It had notified me when my time was due so my wife and I had time to grab a coffee across the street with no stress. At your appointed time you will be led up a staircase to a gift shop where you purchase your tickets to go up the bell tower, which is well worth the time. Can’t imagine visiting Norte Dame without seeing the bells and the amazing views. Highly recommend this app. If there were kinks in the app, Notre Dame must have figured them out and fixed them. Worked very well.
Worked like a charm at Notre Dame
Loved using this app. I didn’t get an alert at 20 min like I read some people did, but I checked it constantly and arrived on time. Got lunch instead of standing in line = awesome!
