Horrible user guide and instructions for using the app
Unfortunately we live in a day and age where it is virtually impossible to get support on any apps or programs, with the exception of Apple. Apple is a gold standard in the industry and should be an example of how companies should treat their customers! I bought a new iPhone and have no idea how to get the data from my old files to the new. Downloaded the desktop version did a sync and no files are on my desktop. No idea why and no way to find out. This is pathetic. It should be simple. They should have a button that says "transfer data to new phone." It should be that easy. Do not recommend this program at all.

United StatesUpgraded my iPhone and app no longer works
I have used Premium with no problems for YEARS and previously LOVED it but I finally upgraded my old iPhone 7 to the new iPhone and now the app will not load even though I am using the same apple account with which I purchased it years ago, and the App Store reflects that I purchased it. Very frustrating. Please fix.

This is sure to be more complicated than it sounds, but it would very useful to have word wrap as a cell formatting feature! Perhaps there are workarounds (thinking beyond the box).

Just upgraded to IPhone 13 and now the app doesn’t sync with my desktop after years of using this app. After trying all the trouble shooting techniques still not syncing with my desktop. I also deleted and reinstalled, had to pay for the app again, not sure why that happened, and still doesn’t work. Not sure why your app is broken, but fix it.
