As a dental assistant, I LOVE this app! I have to stay on top of the schedule and look out for any changes. I get to prepare for the day the day before as well as in the morning. The app helps me know which patients are coming in and which procedures they are getting done. I highly recommend this for any office owner who wants to know what is happening at their practice on the go!! It is like a mini practice management software with lots of important information.

Website works well, app half the time doesn’t load, and is not nearly as useful as the website, giving it’s almost 2024 I’d say a tech company promoting metrics should know how to develop a mobile app by now. Looking for other solutions.

What happened to being able to switch providers in the app on the schedule? This needs immediate attention. Software is becoming less accurate compared to dental software. Will be considering changing due to mounting issues. Also asked for resolution on above items weeks ago with no results.

Dental Intelligence is one of the most useful dashboards I’ve ever used. It’s done amazing things for my business. But the app doesn’t work well. This is a software company so you would think they would make sure that their mobile app is functional. And if it isn’t functional, I would think they would eliminate it until it is. Please make this work because running the mobile site from my phone isn’t very functional either.
