App STILL Doesn’t Work
Seems like an update was pushed after my first review over a year ago informing everyone the app was useless and here’s what I’ve gathered: the App STILL doesn’t work. You now have to continuously uninstall / reinstall to even get it to maybe work. And if you it probably won’t load any deliveries/pickups. Dispatcher using the platform app can’t even see the names of PODs if the app does seem to work for a little while. GPS will still try to make you go to France. Holy crap this app is trash. It’s only here to make you think it will help. It won’t. Don’t get duped into giving this company any of your money. I have no idea why my company insists on using it. It’s more headache than solution.

The blocker bugs crawling throughout this app make it sometimes, if not always impossible to use. So, good luck. There are so many I can’t imagine Fleet Complete is even able to test this app, or ever has tested it. For a company that prides itself on its GPS capabilities I can’t count the amount of times the app has told me my destination is three states away while showing I’m nowhere near where I am.
