I've been using this program for a little over a year, simoply because the cost is so approachable. But there are so many clunky functions I spend twice as much time creating landscpae designs -- and alterations are a serious pain. Would not recommend unless you cant afford anything better

For what it is and what it does Construction Cost Estimator is just OK, especially when considering it's free. But I'd pay a heck of a lot more it it offered a heck of a lot more options. There's no way to save your estimate to as a separate file to separate folder, it's always on board the app. There's no 'undo' if you accidently delete information. There's no option(s) for font, font size, color, graphics, etc. to customize your report. The estimate accepts only one size logo and you don't have the option to place it anywhere other than the app default. There are other issues I have with the app but as I said being it's free who's complaining? I'd be willing to spend some serious bucks if Construction Cost Estimator were a professional sized app.

I'm a plumbing contractor and this has dramatically decreased the amount of time it takes me to finish a bid. The Crafstman books helped me build my pricing, now it's a matter of keeping up with the material price increases. I only wish there was a way to share my pricing across multiple devices without having to purchase a monthy subscription.

Just need bit more support but love it otherwise. Like to add more cover photo pages. Maybe few more fieols in few locations. OVerall works great for our usage. currently. Like bit more control with remote access. I prefer desktop versions over apps persoally. Plus costbooks can get lost like that bit more secure once purchesed to return. But i still solved issue so I can not complain.

Been using this app for about 7 years. Was confusing at first as getting used to any new computer program is, but after enough jobs were entered I got used to it and now my prefered go to app for all my billing. Doesn't have to be construction, you can customize it to do estimates and billing invoices for any business. Allowed use for company branding logo was a huge plus. I am grateful to be able to use this app on a regular basis without dealing with buxs or fixes, as I have never encountered an issue to date. Downside is these jobs and info for everything does not appear to be ransferable accross devices as it is supposed to be and thats why I olny give it a 4 star rating.
