Expensive For No Reason - Overpriced - Cheaper Alternatives
I have serious doubts about the longevity of this company. There are numerous other platforms available that offer either free or significantly cheaper options for customer engagement. In my experience, this app is excessively priced compared to its competitors. If I were the developer, I would explore options like offering the app for free with revenue generated from advertisements, or implementing a straightforward unlimited pricing plan, such as $25.00 per month or $240 per year for unlimited texts and community members. The current pricing model, which increases as your customer base grows, is unsustainable and drives users to seek alternatives. Several of my business contacts who initially joined have already begun migrating away from this service.

The App Store is not allowing me to update. Please advise. It pings back and forth from the community page with a message to go to the App Store to update but then doesn’t allow it.

This used to be one of my favorite ways to contact people and I have been a member for a couple years now! With this new update I now have multiple phones that I can’t use Community on because it says it requires 16 or higher… whatever that means! All I know is that now I can’t have my whole team responding to messages because several their phones will no longer work with this app! Can you please fix this? UPDATE: I have updated to the latest operating system as suggested but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. I guess you can only use it on the newest iPhone which would be good for ppl to know before they purchase.

UPDATE: Nov 12, 2023: they STILL don’t have Dark Mode. How remedial are the devs that they can’t make this happen? 🙄 OLD REVIEW: Sep 25, 2021: They don’t have dark mode 🌙, they don’t allow you to come up with your own url (username) 📲, they don’t have good video playback 🎥 (it’s TERRIBLE… like video from a flip phone of the 90s terrible)… And they charge you a bunch of money for a service that can do better. It’s really not worth it.
