Carto HES

The mobile application Carto HES has been designed by Hutchinson Group. It is dedicated to Hutchinson Excellence System department. 

This application will be used when declaring security incidents, commuting accidents or environmental accidents, to document the event. The user will be able to:
- Take one or more photos of the incident with the mobile application.
- Annotate it by adding texts, arrows, frames, ..
- The photo will be automatically sent to the photo library of the Carto HES web application and the user can use it when reporting the incident via the web application.
- The application works in offline mode (the photos will be synchronized with the web space as soon as the internet connection is restored).
