App is unusable since last update. App crash while trying to open.

Terrible app does work or remember progress
App freezes up all the time in the middle of course and never resumes progress even though it say it will. Fix the freezing and actually allow me to save my progress. Just a mess.
Hmmm… the presentation
The presentation is good to great, but if you talk about food, don’t give me a test of how to be a rocket scientist. The test should be base on the theme or presentation or vice-versa, if you take the test for HazMats, the presentation talk about HazMat 1,2,3. But the test is about 9,11,17…. Have nothing to do with the class or presentation. Does help to improve your skills.

I’ve got decent eyes for a middle aged driver, and I’ve got to say the text is way too small. Other than that the information is not exactly eye opening. If you try to explain your way out of trouble at the scale using “knowledge” gained from this app, I hope your company will throw your bail. Good luck.
Great Experience Completing Orientation Onboarding Process For New Hire
Hello, and Happy Holidays to whom ever reads this review, being that it’s 12/22/2022 while making this review I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas coming up! Well I thought I’d write a review about the experience I had utilizing this platform while completing my on onboarding process before going to a new Trucking Company for orientation. I was surprised to find out that if I utilized this app I could knock my orientation down to one day which encourage me to try this out plus it’s mandatory and most companies have online training that needs to be completed prior to orientation. Lol Well I’ll have to admit I didn’t have any of the issues that were mentioned in all the other reviews, but all the reviews are older so maybe the platform has changed since then, and fixed some bugs who know. Lol well I did have trouble using the platform on my Cell phone because the onscreen buttons to click next are on the smaller side, but that’s user error because one should have common sense to use a bigger device if your fingers are too big to use the touchscreen lol Although I’m a very patient person and I didn’t have another device on hand while utilizing the platform to complete my tasks. I just stuck with it though, and was still able to complete all my training videos and tasks that needed to be completed. The platform on the website version and app which I’ve used both are extremely user friendly and easy to navigate to complete tasks given by an employer. I will say yes if you manage to exit the app completely, or web browser for the platform while completely a test after a video then you have to restart the task, but at least you don’t have to sit through the videos again after watching them once you can fast forward or rewind them to review the video again. The test implemented after completely watching the videos all the way through once at least with out trying to fast forward, because you can’t until the videos have been played through completely before moving forward. So to those of you who have no patience or feel the need to skip training should take a moment to consider completing tasks assigned to you when you have plenty of time to do so while relaxing and don’t have distractions! Well besides the occasional headache of trying to press the button to go to the next task because of my big fingers and because I used my cell phone not a computer or table I’d give this app a chance it’s very easy to use and like I said self explanatory! Watch videos over and over still not complete
Watch video, wait 10, 15, even 30 seconds l, then “X” out of video to home page. Episode states “in progress”. Must restart video, watch to completion, wait a minute or two then says “complete”. Very frustrating
