When it works it’s good but...
I like the app but it really is very inconvenient when it goes on the blink from time to time! Please, please fix this 🙏🏻🙈

The App has a great deal of potential, you need to give the user more options, especially on purchasing airtime, why are you not like FNB where I can select the full spectrum of the cellphone providers offers. Here I have to buy airtime, and if I want a specific option that is on offer I have to go to a store.

Guys honestly you need to work on your up time. You force the app as the main transaction platform and yet all too often the app is down leaving you in a right and often embarrassing spot if you need to transfer funds to your transaction amount or transfer funds to others. As an app developer I really think the downtime is too often! Having said that when it works it works, though since joining Capitec the app has slowed down a lot.

I recently changed from standard bank to capitec and, in regards to the banking apps, capitec is absolutely horrid. Requiring a bank visit to install is counter productive, Touch ID should be an option, the design itself is totally not user friendly and has way too many weird tabs within tabs. Take notes from standard bank and simplify your app. Such a disappointment.

Too bad, go visit your nearest branch But what if I want to do all this in the comfort of my own home? No sorry you need to take time, petrol and go visit a branch

The 2nd time my phone is stolen and then I cant even use online banking BECAUSE the site requires a pin from my phone🙈🤷🏼♀️. I constantly use the app but every time at the bank there is a problem connecting to the app due to no wifi Cant you figure a system to add token and phone so of a phone is stolen you can still connect online via token or email pin. Please its very frustrating that the phone app controls every thing and when stolen STILL only requiers phone pin😱
