User of 3 years and done with this predatory company
I was loyal and prepaid like they require. In the forth year time to renew. They raised their prices dramatically and added a monthly fee for things that were included. I canceled. Took them three months to cancel me. Only to find out they are still charging me monthly and refusing to refund the half a year I won’t be using. Stay far away from this company. Too many quality booking systems. Don’t fall for the fancy set up. It’s not worth it!
Worst Customer Service / Bait and Switch Company / I lost $5000
There’s no customer service. They were so kind during the trial period and once they received my money they were no where to be found. I was reluctant to get with them because they were new to the medical aesthetic community. I was currently with Aesthetic Record and Boulevard stated their charting system was soon to be released. I agreed to move forward with them on the contingency of the medical charting component. The charting system was launched and not only was it terrible, they wanted to charge me extra a month to use the photo section, as if the $5000 they got from me wasn’t enough. Their processing fees are nearly 3%. I’ve reached out to them countless times through email as that is the only way they communicate and no one responds back to me. Please beware of this company as I don’t want you to suffer the same loss as my company has.
Scrambled schedule
The newest update for the mobile app scrambled my schedule, making the app completely useless!!
App doesn't work!
Need this app for work and it doesn't even let me log in. Stays on their log in page and doesn't load anything!
Needs functionality improvements
The app needs to let us view our entire day & week on the screen. It’s hard to tell exactly what day/time you’re looking at. Full week view and the ability to minimize the calendar for full visibility need to happen. Until then, the app is hard to use and inconvenient for checking your schedule.
Robust and always improving
I’m happy to see some new features added recently! Overall this system is great, especially as our salon team grows larger.
Underdeveloped
Not everything that glitters is gold. Overpriced for what is offered. Tech support is by chat or email only which isn’t helpful if you have a customer standing in front of you. Check your billing, they over charge constantly.
