► Here’s what satisfied users around the world are saying about LargeViewer:

"Keep up the good work. You have an excellent program. All of our field staff have iPads and the number one complaint is slow rendering when reading blueprints. I will let everyone know to try this app and re-evaluate their position on digital blueprints.”

"Finally! This is the viewer that handles any size image I throw at it. Even ones with many dozens of megapixels! I have been looking for something like this. Others I have tried are extremely slow at scrolling or zooming, or can't handle the large images I want to view. But LargeViewer is screaming fast and can handle ever size image I have tried."

"LargeViewer is the best large image viewer I have seen, by far. And now with the new iPad with retina display it's even more useful! Simply stunning! If you want to view pretty much any resolution image and really show off what the retina display can do, you've got to get this app! Butter smooth scrolling, and just refuses to crash even when throwing 80-megapixel Phase One IQ180 images at it!”

"I am a professional civil engineer. I now have all my drawings loaded to my iPad when I go for inspections. It works well for large files and it is FAST."

"Incredible. Test passed with a TIFF file from 11.000 x 5700, weight 190 MB. Fantastic. It has a button to zoom to 100%, and it’s easy to go beyond the resolution of the file. Thanks and congratulations for the work. App absolutely recommended.”

Outdated app

I should have looked at how old the reviews were before I bought this. The app may have performed well at one point in time, but doesn’t seem to be maintained. It was slow to refresh the view of the pdfs I opened and randomly crashes. No bookmark function or markup tools. For a $12 app, I expected to get something that could actually be used.

Get field app

I been using this app for over a week now. I have large blueprints and USGS maps that have always had been very slow using my iPad and iPhone. Now with this app I can import and viewer faster then I could have ever imagined. The developers are great and thru email are very helpful. I had some very testing plans and prints to very and they helped me with the setting and importing. Great job.

Great app

This is a great app for prints. The only thing that needs to change is "tap row to move". You should be able to move multiple rows into a created folder. One at a time is annoying and takes a long time.

Worth it

I had tried assorted PDF tools before this one and all were extremely frustrating. Large viewer works extremely well and efficiently.

Best drawing viewers around.

I'm very happy with this app, I use it to view construction drawings, I have more than 1000 sheets in my current project organized as one PDF per discipline. The app handle these big PDFs quicker than my core i7 laptop with acrobat reader. My only problem with this application is that there's no way to make annotations, like in others PDFs apps.

Fast, powerful viewer

This app is able to open PNG files that are 40,000 by 40,000 pixels or more. Viewing and zooming is extremely fast with no lag. As one other reviewer noted, Large Viewer is probably faster than viewing on a powerful desktop computer. This app works great for viewing huge maps or very large schematics without needing an Internet connection. Additionally, I could see the app being very useful to photographers working with very high resolution photos as the iPad retina display shows details better than most computer monitors. Overall a great app with excellent customer support.
