So disappointed. I’ve loved this app for years, and suddenly after an update I can’t access any features without enrolling in a plan with no prices listed. Why would I sign up for a free trial when I have no idea what I’m signing up to pay after the trial? Contacted customer service, and it was slow and super frosty. 🥶No friendliness whatsoever, and I was told to email development for pricing. If I’m going to pay for something, at least be upfront with pricing and act like you want my business. Deleting.

Why can’t I find the enrollment link

I am out of the country and wanted to see if I could change my server to US. When I opened the app, it said I have to register with my company. I’ve used it for years on my personal device, which has nothing to do with a company. When I opened the app, I got a search that returned zero topics. If they are that bad with basics, why think they will be secure with your data?

I used to use this app, but it stopped working and said it required enrollment. I’m not sure what happened there, but I guess I need a new option

Debug mode is now enabled during the enrollment phase and gathers logs in case the administrator runs into issues enrolling users. Includes a way to report issues during enrollment.* Fixed issue where the agent continued to poll /enrollment after authentication. * Clarified messaging about what information is tracked on user's device based on Device Classification (personal, managed, or supervised). * Fixed an issue where CloudGen Access creates multiple certificates on start-up.
