Make it work or don’t even make me pay for it
This app has a very unfortunate feature of consistently crashing, sometimes doesn’t even recognizing the payment. Thus, getting a ticket even if I paid. Don’t be too creative for making money, don’t realize management efficiency in university parking, just make it reasonable. Due to the app being such a misery, I can promise that the willingness to pay has decreased significantly. Currently mine is those of zero.

The app keeps crashing every time I open it. The only way I know my payment went through is because it shows on my statement. I don’t know if it shows that I paid on the other end. It’s a constant struggle with this application! Very frustrating app!

While we all know the pricing for parking on campus is absurd, what people don't seem to talk about enough is how terrible this app is. Constant bugs, almost to the point where it's unusable. Takes me five minutes just to pay for parking. Do better UCD.
