Love both the free version and the monthly version
Although I’m only on the free version now, in the past I’ve had the paid version and it’s completely worth having!! I use it for my hobby and I download a lot of inserts for my planners and also dashboards!! All from my iPhone!! Love Adore Acrobat!!

Do not download or free trail with this app. I free trailed for one day, didn’t even use it and immediately cancelled my “subscription”. I checked the apple apps subscription to confirm that i am unsubscribed to Acrobat Adobe and yet still being charged 20$ every month 2 months later. So i went on their site for help to fully cancel it and it said i have to pay a 100$ fee for early cancellation. This is ridiculous why is it a 100$ fee to cancel a subscription when all the app really does is make documents. To avoid paying the 100$ fee i contacted an agent through the help service and i have to add they were rude saying “We understand you can’t afford it” , ??? i never said i can’t afford i just don’t want to pay 20$ a month for something i don’t use and had already canceled?! The only solution they came up with is to give me 3 months free of subscription. Ya the whole point was to unsubscribe from this scam.

I fill in the same worksheets every week. On the old free version fill and sign which you are now no longer going forward with I could change the dates Erase old notes and replace them with new notes. Time-wise this would take about 15 minutes on each worksheet. Now it takes hours. I could do it by hand much quicker, but my company prefers the that I use adobe for sending in weekly time reports. 🙁

5/4/24 - I hate the new comments ribbon. I use this app for knit/crochet patterns which means I’m highlighting & striking through a lot of text so I can keep up with my place in the patterns as I knit or crochet. I used to be able to click on the comments icon & have all available actions displayed in one ribbon. Now I have to click on a tiny little arrow under the highlighter icon so that I can see the strike through icon. Also, I used to have it set so the line for my strikethrough color was solid & opaque, while my highlighter was less so. Now I have to set that parameter for the strikethrough, then when I highlight I have to go back & make that less opaque b/c setting the strikethrough opaqueness also sets the highlighter opaqueness, & the colors available for highlighting are awful, the old color options were so much better. Please, for the love of god, STOP improving this app. You know these improvements are awful, so stop doing them. And don’t even respond to this message telling me how sorry you are I don’t like the new updates, could I please contact your developers at whatever link you provide. I’ve done that before, the link was bogus & when I did find a way to contact Adobe developers there was absolutely no response. 7/16/21 - the below review was left months ago & per developer instructions I contacted Adobe support. They never responded & the problem persists. I’ve learned from past, painful experience to hold off on updates now, usually for months & never before checking reviews so I can avoid losing hundreds of knitting/crochet patterns along with any notes I make. The app has suddenly stopped saving my changes, even after the update. Update: per the response made to my above comment I contacted adobe support via the provided link. I’ve gotten no response & if anything the problem has gotten worse. I used to have no problems updating my adobe app, but after the big “improvement” update sent out a couple of years ago I cringe every time I see a new one. I usually wait months before updating, but decided to take the chance & it bit me again, hard.
