Where do I start, lol! Syncing takes forever to complete. A lot of the time failing to even sync. It is not user friendly and takes away from productivity when having to constantly navigate between multiple screens to complete a service order. Many features of the app are also just unnecessary.

Jesus, this people gains millions and millions and this app is almost as ugly as the bathroom at the Sam’s I’m working at. It makes no sense how many time this app has take me out and force me to redo my checking again. I don’t recommend any company that has this app involved on their work system.

Natural insight was so much easier to use. Scheduling is impossible because there’s no calendar feature. Using it on my desktop to print pages needed for work is a huge pain. It times out after less than a minute and you have to constantly sign in again. Nothing is easy to find or use with this app…it’s horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would

Why use light gray font instead of black? It makes it hard to see for no reason. Why? Other than that it’s easy to navigate and not bad, but the font choice is so dumb.
