Need a fix ASAP
The camera doesn’t open up for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, as soon as you try to take pictures for the inspection, the app crashes. I’ve literally tried everything under the sun to correct the issue. From adjusting default camera settings, uninstall-reinstall, typing the vin manually, selecting different starting points for the pictures. Nothing works. Worked fine on iphone11 but on the iphone13, the scanner screen is off center so far that I can’t turn the light on. Also doesn’t scan Mercedes for some reason. I spend a lot more time typing in VINs. 6 months later and the scanner screen is still not fixed. It’s actually gotten worse as far as scanning goes. There’s been a few updates but I haven’t seen any improvements. You would think the app was made by some guy in his garage.
