I had lifetime membership since few years ago, however, I lost my membership recently. Currently it asked me to become a member every time when I open the app. When I clicked on “already a member”, it doesn’t connect me. The feedback page doesn’t work either in the app. Need help to solve this problem.

This is a very good ebook reader. It has a lot of nice features that makes reading easier. However despite how good it is, the table of content numbering is not consistent. A chapter can be numbered 7000 while the next chapter 15900, and the next 7000 in a book less than 400 pages. I don’t understand why this is the case so please kindly look into that. Good job on developing this wonderful app.

Been using this app for a while. Worked perfectly till a few days ago. The developers decided to make a BIG change. This is basically a brand new app now, which is fine. However, it is not backward compatible so all my books and bookmarks are gone. This is such a big f u to existing users.
