Contains the following volumes of Restoration scriptures: * Old Testament * New Testament * Book of Mormon * Doctrine and Covenants * Pearls of Great Price The Restoration Edition text represents thousands of hours of careful work by a committee of volunteers. Their purpose is to compile the most accurate and complete set of scriptures based on the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ that began in the early 1800’s through Joseph Smith, Jr. The Restoration Edition, the committee responsible for its compilation, and the developer of this app are not affiliated in any way with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any other church or organization. This effort serves a loose association of fellowships of believers in the Doctrine of Christ. This version of the app contains the March 2017 version of the text. Many changes have been made since that date, and the editing work continues at this time. When the final print edition has been finalized by the scriptures committee, a new version of this app will be released containing the updated text.
No Criticism
I am grateful for this effort to present the Restoration Edition Scriptures in app form. I realize it’s early day yet in its development but am confident that many more features will be forthcoming. No doubt this is a voluntary effort and a little amount gratitude for what we have would be in order.

Wonderful app! The restoration of God’s word is rolling forth. The only thing I hope this app to add is a search option to find terms/scriptures. It also isn’t in line with the latest edition of the restoration scriptures. Other than that, I LOVE, we LOVE, these restoration scriptures! Such spirit and the power of God in them.🙏🏼

This is an interesting take on the scriptures of the Restoration. What the publisher doesn’t tell you is that the creators of this version of the scriptures are made up of well-intentioned people, some of whom have been excommunicated from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for apostasy. Readers ought to be aware of this important fact.

It is amazing how God’s voice speaks in these particular scriptures, for I believe it is the most correct edition of scripture we have been given on the Earth at this time. The heavens are open again! My only thing about the app itself is it won’t allow you to search any key words, etc. Hope that gets updated really soon! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Grateful to God our Father for these blessed Words!

This app is wondrous and spiritually nurturing in many ways! However, the reason I gave this app a four stars is because it doesn’t have the copy option which I then can paste on my wall on Facebook, or Instagram. :/
