Hundreds of books, always an issue using this app.
When it works it is fine. I frequently open a book, one that is “downloaded”, and hit play. I then receive “download”, “stream”, or “cancel”. Why? I hit “download”, the app spinner starts and never stops. There is no way to manually skip now. I have to play it wherever the app decides to start. This problem has been happening for Years. At least 3. I gave you time to fix it, you havent.

We have had this app for almost 5 years and have been very satisfied! The last book we listened to was the first time we had an issue. The last 15 seconds of most tracks would cut off but this was the first time we ever had an issue. We are looking forward to our next trip to hear a new book! We like the selections of books as well as the monthly sales!

I really like this app. It’s pretty easy to use. This is something I use for every long drive that I have. My only complaint is I wish there was more options for searching things, like a drop-down where I could just pick a specific genre and then maybe sort them by price. Otherwise I have no complaints! Been using it for a couple years.
