Really is a useless app, when login keep showing "Enter correct username and password.” Tried with same username and password is working fine for website login. Uninstall the app and reinstall won’t help on it. This issue was occurred three to four month and yet to fix.

Every transaction bought there a 10 cents deduction is okay, withdrawal also 10 cents no problem but transferred money to my NRIC but more than 15 days still haven’t received any money and customer service couldn’t help no there is no way out getting the money back. Only can pay and cannot get the money! Why create this app? To scam people money is it? 👎🏻👎🏻 DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app.

So how can I verify that the many numbers I bought? U expect me to rely 100% on your system? Even if not for this reason, I want to buy a repeat of some previous random numbers, I can’t retrieve them. I even if there’s such a function it is so user unfriendly. So lame. And charge ppl 10cts for every transaction when u all make so much money and sponsored so many events. Should have been free like every other online shopping so more ppl will use app. Duh 🙄

Unable to find the purchased numbers after 1 hour. And there are many buttons will link to a web page instead of opening in the app. The person who designed this just want to put all inside the app, but it is extremely not user-friendly.
