THE 5-STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Please do your due diligence and seek out credible financing options. PLEASE HARD AVOID THIS DISINGENUOUS SCAM OPERATION. After-sales customer support at Atome is absolutely atrocious. Made the mistake of paying with it once and I’m still dealing with the repercussions. They have intentionally made it as hard as possible to contact them for any payment-related disputes, and do not offer any proper phone lines. FOR YOUR SANITY, PLEASE USE GRAB PAYLATER OR ANY OTHER SERVICE. Developer responses are intentionally vague so as to prevent liability.

I've tried using six different credit cards and still can't make a payment. I contacted support via email, and they keep saying it's an automation approval issue, advising me to try another card. I've wasted almost an entire day on this problem. This app is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Avoid using it at all costs.

Atome basically works like a loan shark. If you missed a payment, the team calls you like 10-20 times a day like a loanshark or worst. They try every other number to call you, even overseas number. Even though you paid for your payment already. They still block your card or refrain you from using their services lol this app should just close down seriously

For someone who rarely to nearly never use this ridiculous app, I got charged 3% for using their 6 months instalment plan. Who would’ve read that they start charging this a year ago? Have there been an indication about a possible charge before payment is done, consumer would have avoided using the payment plan. Daylight robbery.
