Good and convenient apps. Ming Hong is the best agent to work with. He guide on how download and guide me steps by steps on how to step up my acc and he also explain very detailed to me on how the apps works. Until I found suitable jobs for me. Their staff are very inexperienced managing people, job cancellation tell last minute, staff unable to find other jobs. Also note their payout sometimes is bluff, the actual pay rate depend if the establishment cut the hours. Been cut hours by more than half before. This YY has been in the job market for very long, but their app service is awful, their staff won’t reply if they cannot help. They think it’s ok that parttime staff are left stranded without a job that day because there are so many other better job portals/agents, no need to stick to YY. There was also this agent who promised me to book a certain establishment and even ask me to remind them about it. But then on that day they not only don’t have the job yet, they say need to book it through system. So it’s again like a fib. What’s with asking part timers to remind them of things they did wrong? Very primitive staff and management style, like the old China type that thinks they are king
