Cannot login
Over the last few months the App just hangs and treats you like a brand new member which means you cannot access your funds or rewards. It is getting really embarrassing arriving to Starbucks and not being able to access my funds or rewards. I use an iPhone 15 pro and my wife uses an iPhone 11. Same issue. Please please fix this issue as my funds are inaccessible and therefore now having to use Mastercard instead.

Worst experience using this starbucks App! Cannot understand why they even have a Starbucks NZ app when it doesn't even load maps to locate store or the menu to place an order and if it does it takes forever to load anything! And you cannot order online while customizing any drinks! And when u order in store they just don't get it what we want! It's crazy! I think they need training the way starbucks employees of USA are trained!
